The 6th house lord Jupiter's sub period will start on December 18th, 2011, but transit Jupiter will be aspected by transit Saturn until first week of March 2012. Saturn will stop aspecting natal moon after November 13th, 2011. So there is some hope of winning this case after March 2012 but chances are very slim as the mahadasha and ascendant lord Moon has a strong connection with 8th house of punishment and moon mahadasha will continue until 2019.
