Want Us to Vote for Democrats this November?

Here's a Few Suggestions.

But don't worry too much, we're not going to vote for Republicans.

We're not going to vote at all.

There is only one last "power" left to hold our Democrats accountable. And that's our vote. And I for one graciously decline to give you that last item of my political activism.

Would you like us real Democratic voters to do our "Civic Duty" in November? Here are some suggestions for what you might consider doing to get us into the voting booth.

Bring our troops home (all of them) and cancel the war contracts with Xe, Halliburton or whatever their corporate names are now.

Investigate and prosecute military contractors, retract their "license to kill" and demand a full and accurate financial accounting.

Rescind the most onerous of the Executive Orders of the Bush Administration. And give us back the 4^th and 5^th Amendments in full. Amend the Patriot Act, repeal FISA, fulfill FOIA requests quickly and completely.

Repeal Don't Ask Don't Tell by Executive Order.

Strengthen the milquetoast legislation passed in the past 2 years. You know what those are. Half a moldy loaf is still moldy.

Dump the filibuster rule or enforce it.

Remove Summers, Bernake, Emmanuel, Giethner, Salazar, Gates, Vilsak and any Bush appointee still in any position of power in government. Replace them with crusading populists.

Cleanse your administration of any former lobbyists.

Recess Appoint Elizabeth Warren.

Make additional recess appointments for all the Judges in the Circuit Courts that are still empty and make them clear liberals.
