Coalition for Voting Integrity Co-founder Ruth Matheny is a Judge of
Elections and authored a pollwatchers toolkit that provides a checklist and
guidelines for pollwatchers to spot and report problems. She will look at
Election Day from her perspective as Judge of Elections and critical tasks
for pollwatchers and others to do including monitoring the polls and
helping to solve problems as they arise.

Coalition for Voting Integrity member Madeline Rawley has done extensive
research on voting procedures in PA and has communicated extensively
with legislators, election officials, and voting rights groups for many years
to improve the process. She'll discuss specific recommendations she has
put forth to safeguard this election.

In addition, Pennsylvania Attorney Marian Schneider or Voter Action Legal
Director John Bonifaz will provide a report on the lawsuit regarding
issuance of emergency paper ballots when machines malfunction.
