Many people fear the Article V Convention as if simply discussing ideas that members of Congress won't discuss will somehow accidentally become new law. However one wants to tell another that fears of a deliberative assembly are irrational and illogical, sometimes people need to be shown.

Former Chief Justice of Michigan Tom Brennan has created a virtual convention. Slots for delegates are open, so if you're tired of politics as usual, and think you have an idea what amendment proposals are badly needed today, join us. We think this virtual convention has the potential to attract attention down the line.

At the least, it can't hurt to engage in building consensus with your fellow Americans. Sign up, be a delegate.
