Good news for progressive TV cable news junkies! Cenk Uygur will be back on television.
Like Keith Olbermann, Cenk Uygur got a little too controversial for the suits at MSNBC and was nudged out. But Cenk and his "Young Turks" will soon be joining Keith at Current TV. In fact, they will be the lead-in at 7:00pm ET for Olbermann's 8:00pm "Countdown." Uygur's new show will begin sometime later this year. In addition, Current TV is looking to find a a lead-out show for "Countdown" by January.

Does it get any better for a progressive than working where Al Gore and Joel Hyatt are your bosses, and Keith Olbermann is your colleague? ItÕs an honor to be the lead-in program for Keith Olbermann.
