scratched -- often with little or no money -- to get attention, traction or even
just acknowledgment that they might have an impact on a congressional race this
election season.
Yes, we've clawed and scratched, if you wish to put it that way, but the truth is we've simply been blacked out by the press in Utah. A press which consistently runs articles, op-eds, and televises exclusive Democrat and Republican debates, and then lies that third parties could have been invited, if only they asked. Which one did, but was blacked out anyway (while others were never told about it), illustrating the typical lie by power brokers in these parts.

kicked in the pants by goons like David Montero, writer of this Tribune article, or else slapped by Vern Anderson, a lead editor there, as he flat out says he won't do pieces on third party candidates--or even run the letter I personally hand him.
