Trump, U.S. Power and Planetary/Societal Collapse

What are the global consequences of Donald Trump's rise to power, or for that matter, Hillary Clinton's? They were created as a result of the psychopathic leadership which came before them.

The U.S. is now the bully of the world. Instead of walking softly and carrying a big stick, the last 16 years -- in particular -- with mental defectives at the helm, have made America the most despised nation on the planet.

Our greed, aggressive violence and hypocrisy has spread hatred and radicalized every individual who has ever experienced, much less witnessed, our worldwide overthrow of democratically-elected governments; while installing mass-murdering [U.S. trained], bloodthirsty maniacs, and outrageously proclaiming the end result to be "democracy."

How many sane, fair-minded and rational people, feel the rage building inside, every time we see/hear our presidential stick figure(s) smile and wave, declaring another victory for "freedom" while leaving a trail of obliterated bodies and razed landscapes in their wake?

The United States is blind, deaf and mute to the inevitable consequences of its present reign of terror. Karma is coming to America and it will kick ass and take names -- no matter who is (s)elected to the White House.

The giant bully in the school yard will be brought to his knees. He should realize that he has no friends. He's back-stabbed, murdered, robbed and tossed away those who befriended him and has made massive enemies of the rest.

How long will it take before Russia, China, the Middle East and South America join forces to bring down the bully?

The U.S will not survive a continuation of its fascist imperialist policies -- neither abroad nor at home.

We are living in a Twilight Zone, where hate is love, wrong is right and neverending slaughter is God's will according to those who think they know Him best. The world has descended into insanity. From the Bible Belt to the deserts of the Middle East -- reason has fled. And only an animalism possessed by human beings could illicit our present savagery.

We are a stupid species. Some are brilliant, but too few to prevent being swept into the whirlpool of crazed morons that rule by brute force. That's why we are doomed.

We continue to repeat the same mistakes -- how many genocides since WWII? -- and guaranteed still more and worse to come.

50 years of warnings about our personal behavior and how it negatively affects our planet -- ignored -- until we have now passed the point of no return. We will be forced to adjust to a quality of life that will continue to degrade until survival is impossible.

Fracking is polluting what little fresh water reserves we have and presently water is becoming scarce and priceless, yet Hillary wants to expand fracking globally, and people continue to demand their natural gas stoves and heat.

When the price of gasoline drops do people conserve and buy smaller vehicles, ride bikes or car share -- most do not. The sales of gas guzzlers sky rockets each and every time pump prices fall.

Do they have smaller families when told that finite resources are becoming critically depleted -- no, they decide to have as many kids as possible. People make their selfish choices based on instant gratification and not altruism [how will this decision affect others?] Who cares.

Our global and domestic political psychopathy is directly connected to our personal lifestyle choices and attitudes. No one is apolitical. Politics affects every single life -- human and non-human, for better or worse -- but overwhelmingly worse. The only real, immediate power any of us has is to change our own world, since few can successfully change the world at large within their lifetimes.
