All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Direct Democracy Congress of the United States, which shall consist of an "Volunteer Advisory Senate" and an "Volunteer Advisory House of Representatives" and a "Volunteer House Of The American People" that makes the final establishment of bills and proposals of law and policy for Our Nation.
Of course, if "We The People" are intending and going to become the final deciders of the structure and goals of Our Nation, We will have to have Our Own Institution in the government structure to expedite this. In this case, a Third House Of Congress might do the trick. A "House Of The People". A communication computer network, based in all the Direct Democracy Homes of the nation and coming into final focus in a facility built for it, in the central area of American Governance. A thousand seat facility should do it. Filled by the selected best, of the Better American True Citizens (The "Deci" and "Padeci")"in replaced three month increments. Thus affording as many of "the highest qualified of" The People, as possible, this premier governance experience.
Here again, a strong American Standard of Fair and Just Governance must be the guide and foundation, from whence We Emerge, into Our "Finite Creational Potential". A standard that does not let Us make Our decisions based solely on Our Self Interest and Personal Biases. Personal perspectives and convictions are important, but not as important as a well organized collective perspective and conviction. The Few is more important that the One; the Many is more important than the Few. But the success of all is dependent on the best expression of the One"the Individual.

It's all about Growth into ever greater Potential of the expression of Life in the Finite Realm of Creation.
