Today is the 4th of July. Remember the Revolution, Read the Declaration of Independence. Consider the world that confronted those now dead. Then charge George Bush with Treason and Murder. We were once free and we can be so again. We have the tools, if we will use them.

Restoring the Constitution is a need that is long past the band aids of opeds and education. To keep it from dying Americans must use it to restore the government, taking control into their own hands. That will be a battle in itself, but it can be done. Americans have been hammered, subjected to a disinformation campaign, intended to remove from use the Common Law and the Constitution intended to limit government, not the rights of the people. Remember that. The Constitution was to limit not you but the government. This, government may do only these things and no more; that was the message then, it is the message today.

Restoring the freedoms that the Revolution was fought to protect and affirm means not just acquainting us with that document but putting the law our Founders intended us to use to enact justice for ourselves in our own communities into use. That is the Common Law. CopperCards shows you how to use the Constitution and Common Law together, as intended by our Founders.

Today you can do that. You can use the Common Law to form juries in your county. A jury of twelve people can hear charges and the accused can be summoned to hear those charges and defend himself against the truth presented.

There is a reason they attacked those who understand the Common Law. The truth is dangerous to those use government to steal. The Anti-Government Movement Guidebook,” Guns are not the first weapon they wanted to take out of your hands. The Constitution and Common Law are what they fear most.

You could charge George W. Bush with Treason. You can charge him with murder. The evidence overwhelmingly supports those charges. Will you come forward to establish a Common Law Court in your county? We can show you how.

If you were forced to pay taxes to support the War in Iraq you have a legitimate cause of action against those who took Americans to war, killing millions. If someone you loved died, you have the means in your hands to take action. The Founders put the power and means in your hands. You can be heard; justice can be done. The perpetrator can be tried, convicted, sentenced, and that sentence carried out.

Today you can begin. Nearly every statute passed by those elected violates the intentions of our Founders. The Constitution was intended, remember, to limit them, not us.

Declare your Independence with a new beginning where you live. Will yours be the first county in America to find George Bush guilty? If your sheriff refuses to obey the law will yours be the first county to remove him from office? Most of those elected to office today sit in those positions of trust illegally. Most have no Oath of Office on file. Many have removed the part of the Oath. Few pay for the bond required. All of these Oath, complete, signed and notarized, bond paid, are required. If they are not present the judge, sheriff, commissioner, magistrate, or other Oath-bound official, is sitting in violation of the Constitution. You can remove them; their pretense is itself a felony.

If enough officials are removed, you can constitute a committee to hold an election and elect people to office who will honor their Oaths and the Constitution. Make sure Black Box and those others who understand are involved. Make sure your precincts elect their precinct committee. Use only a paper ballot. Count at the precinct and tally transparently. Then, you will know it was honest.

The power is in your hands because the Declaration put it there. No people will govern themselves unless they know that theirs is the power. Know it.

1 out of 50 Attorney Generals?

Somewhere in a freedom loving nation, the United States, standing for justice and the rule of law, believing that no one is above the law, starting with the president, there should be at least one state attorney general, maybe more, ready, willing, and able, to indict and prosecute George W. Bush on murder and conspiracy to commit murder charges in the violent deaths of over 4,000 American soldiers who lost their lives fighting Bush's war in Iraq on "false pretenses", which were "unlawful deaths", each and every one, as noted and documented by renowned prosecutor Vincent Bugliosi in his stunning, best selling true crime book "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder", Vanguard Press, Link CLICK HERE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=klYioEnpOk8

Don't count on it.

Oklahoma and Montana have started moving in the right direction.  But all of us need to stop waiting around for someone else to take action.  We govern ourselves.  When the government we hired failes we fire it and start over.  Reestablishing the Common Law courts is one of the steps in that direction.  Trying Goerge Bush is the cherry on top.

I think that this is already being done.

My understanding is that states' AGs have already been contacted.

I am going to write you via the OpEd News message centre.

I think our real NEXT STEP is to build the WAR CRIMES tribunal effort and we can all participate as citizens in that.

http://velvelonnationalaffairs.blogspot.com/2008/06/prosecuting-for-war-crimes-as-lincoln.html

Remember: GENEVA is also the Supreme Law of the Land.

We have WAR CRIMINALS running around in every country.  Rendition and torture was interjurisdictional .. and that is why our efforts must be focussed as ONE.

The copy of a new Constitution is on my blog

www.ladybroadoak.blogspot.com

which would squarely put power onto the states.

This is a personal message:  I used to work on Honeywell Project all those years ago .. I am a Minnesotan by birth.

I've said I would now coordinate the Canadian contingent to go to the war crimes conference.  We have MANY MANY traitors here still in office !! (Ask Mahar Arar !! )

In America, the people govern themselves

It is very sad to see you look for someone to save you. America was founded as the nation that governed themselves. Government was to be limited to the few things that those then living deemed appropriate; that they did not think they could do for themselves. Nearly everything we think of today as 'government controlled' took place from the community, through their communities, churches, or other means.

Government today treates you like a perpetual child.  That is wrong.  You are an American, someone who was intended to understand how to be an adult, working in community with others and for others because you were called to do that.  Then, any individual understood they might be called on to be the consicience of their community while serving on a jury.

Using the common law and the Constitution this problem is easily remedied. Why in the world would you want to go to Geneva? Common law courts have worked for a thousand years or more, and worked well, far better than the present very corrupt judicial system.

People in communities still do most of the work that really needs doing. Many are deluded into thinking that this form of government is necessary because they bought into the idea that there are only two forms for getting things done, profit based business and corporations or government. But most things that really need doing are done by people within the community simply because they see a need and meet it. Meeting each other's needs brings us together, providing real community.

That is how America started.

The first road in the colonies was paid for by an individual who saw it built so that the community would have better communication with others. Fraternal orders supplied the need for social insurance until this was wrenched away by FDR. That insurance was inexpensive, effective, and through the many different orders was available to nearly anyone.

Justice was handled by common law courts. Children grew up seeing how this worked and understanding that conflict exacted costs and needed to be mediated. In the life times of the Founders young people were expected to be able to handle their own court cases. This is why many attorneys had little business and were mostly part time.

Townships were small; those who worked for them were part time. This is still the case in parts of New England. Government was not a growth industry. The idea would have horrified the Founders.

Governing yourselves means handling the hired help when they need to be fired. The present government, not just the administration, needs badly to be fired. Firing Bush is a nice start, but just a start.

Until you take responsibility and do it yourself you are a child and should not vote; voting is for adults.

ScottMail carrier who drives the rest of my colleagues nuts with my politics.

Insane. Nonsensical.

Using this reasoning, I could charge all of you with treason and murder. Of course, it wouldn't mean a thing. As is the case here.

You will not charge President Bush with treason and murder because he committed neither.

You are probably one of the few who does not agree.

But that makes you special and since there are so few of you now perhaps we should start a reservation just for you.

Lying to start a war is doing in the office of president the same thing you would be doing if you accused your neighbor of buring down your house with your wife and children inside, took him to court, and stripped him of assets and had him incarcerated and then convicted of murder and executed.  Only Bush sat there reading a kids book upside down while waiting to be called on stage and the arsonist probably did it himself.

Perhaps you would like to assert he has sovereign immunity? Under the Constitition it is the People who are sovereign, not those pulling a paycheck for providing services that are at best of doubtful value and at the worst a criminal enterprise.

Read Smedley Butler's "War is a Racket."  That is about a previous Bush relative.
