We are living in the latter days that now have had the ''good news'' told all over the world for a witness to the Nations. Its all going to happen in the flesh this time too. Those 2 Olive Branches of Revelation 11, do not need to die. There are some questions to be asked in times like these. Why is the Lamb, in Revelations 14, shown standing with 144,000 men who were sealed on their foreheads?What will that new song be, that only those 144,000 can learn? Surely it is 144,000 & 1 humans who have new words for the people.
It was many dark moons past... in 1994 when a light dawned on me, of how these latter day, were all going to be played out in the Flesh this time too. It seemed to me then, as it does right now, that we are living in times just like 235 years ago in 1776, which are also just like 2000 years ago in Israel, which had leaders waiting for a superman to come flying out of the sky. The Lamb spoke back then, ''that it was an evil Generation who were looking for signs in the sky, while not being able to recgonize the times right before their eyes.'' (sort of)
I've tossed and turned over who Babylon (I call it Babble-on) is? I've called ''it'' America, while meaning it was D.C., for it is D.C. who wants to rule over all of the Nations. Despite its sins being piled up as high as heaven, it does not fall until it starts putting a mark on people to buy or sell. If that day comes, it sure looks to me, that is when its thrown down with violence in one hour.
But I know that these days were cut short by John Lennon's death in the Big Apple. The Lamb 2000 years ago said that ''these days would be shortened or else no one would have survived.'' Does the beginning and the end talked about in Revelations mean anything to you? It does to me. I know that the Prince of the Covenant who gets shattered in Daniel 11:22 is not the Lamb, but is one of the 2 Olive Branches of Revelation 11. That Covenant is for him to never go to the Big Apple. I do hope, that the beast who comes up out of hell, the water-less & bottomless pit of Zechariah 9:11 & Revelations 9:1-2, does not kill that 2rd Olive Branch.
I've been looking for a long time, for a troubadour such as Steve Earle with "The Revolution Starts Now." Earle wrote that song to try to Win the White House for Kerry. We need that song now more than ever. We had better find someone to put in that White House, who will take a stand for Peaceful Solutions like feeding even our enemies. Steve Earle heard the same voice from above that Woody Guthrie heard, when he wrote ''This Land is Your Land.-(not the oil companies)''
I've heard lots of trumpets in my life. Rodney Crowell in 1994 singing "Let the Picture Paint Itself and It Will Be Alright." All those songs from earlier keep rushing through my mind's eyes. The Traveling Wilburies "Handle Me With Care" and ''Tweeter and the Monkey Man were hard up for cash... in Jersey anything's legal as long as you don't get caught.'' (Its an attitude kind of frame of mind thing.) I can't help but recall the Rolling Stones words, "Just as every cop is a criminal, and all the sinners saints.''
Its a tricky game in times like these, when lies are told with words no longer true. The Lamb gave Authority to those 4 horseman in Revelations to take Peace from the Earth. They have been riding for 2 thousand years now. When the Lamb removed those 7 seals of that Book in Revelations, he gave Freedom to Mankind. That Authority to wage war will be taken away when that World Court of Daniel 7 sits to give the kingdoms to those who have stood for Peace.
Its really sad that the Established Church turns out to be the 4th Beast of Daniel 7, with its 10 horns being the Churches that came out of Rome in Europe. If they had only followed the last advice given to John in Revelations 22:10-11, they all would be following the Beatles songs ''Let It Be'' and ''Live and Let Die.'' Instead, what I call THE-MEDIA-RIGHT-STORM, has all kinds of people throwing stones.
What kind of truth and justice are we looking for here in this 21st Century? Ben Franklin said, "A people who will sacrifice liberty for security, shall get nor deserve either." In the Talmud of the Jews its says, ''If the world continues to insist on strict justice it shall not endure.'' Tom Paine in ''Common Sense'' said '' An avidity to punish is always dangerous to liberty. It leads men to stretch, to misinterpret, and to misapply even the best of laws. He that would make his own liberty secure must guard even his enemy from oppression; for if he violates his duty, he establishes a precedent that will reach to himself." Arlo Guthrie say, ''Justice is for the faint of heart.'' I wonder why we spell it just ice? I'm out for constructive justice. Far too many people today are out for strict justice.
How would the powers that be rather be treated? Do they want to spread out the wealth as is said in Isaiah 23:17-18, which there is no record of it ever being fulfilled? Or, are the people going to have to throw the kings in jail as is spoken of in Isaiah 24:21-24, with our Police, Soldiers, and their own Security Guards, locking them in power up? That would give the people great reason to Celebrate at that big party of Isaiah 25, where the veil will be lifted from all Nations'eyes. Somewhere in one of the Prophets are these words, "Nations shall understand what they have never heard before.''
Have we all learned too sing loud enough, so we can end war and stuff? I've read plenty of pissed off words about our times, in some very well written articles. I have loved Music since hearing the Beatles, while pretending to play guitar in our drive way. I hope it all ends as peaceful as Arlo's wishes. Arlo opened the door at 13 for Bob Dylan who come to meet his Father.
