The Conservative Era (The Era where the people and the earth lost their rights)

- Patriot Act
- Citizens United
- Religious Oppression
- Capitalism Broken
- Democracy Broken

Patriot Act - Was implemented by Cheney / Bush Administration to record and monitor your internet, phone, what you watch on digital, and basically all things digital.
Benefit: The government can identify what party a person belongs to and be prejudice against those that are not conservative. The government can identify weakness in financial markets around the world and exploit them for the wealthiest. The government can control elections. Basically, it is like being the card dealer and the player in Las Vegas.

Citizens United -- Citizens United was implemented by the Conservative Supreme Court members to give businesses rights like people. In fact, it gives corporations and religious organizations more rights than people, since they have deeper financial pockets then the average person. Businesses and the wealthiest now can control who is elected regardless of the affects on the people and the environment. This is like giving "slave owners" supreme power over people while protecting only the families of the wealthiest.

Religious Oppression -- Religious Oppression was given a shot in the arm by the Cheney / Bush administration when they used Religious Evangelical organizations to attempt to change cultures and religions in the Middle East. In addition, with the implementation of the Patriot Act, Religious organizations now have the means to determine what religion a person belongs to and which people do not associate with religions. Religious organizations can now invade you life through government intervention and be prejudice against you for your stance on your spiritual beliefs. They can use the network of religious organizations to help sway elections to cater to the conservatives. In addition, Religious Organizations have more rights than people, since they don't have to pay taxes like the rest of the people.

Capitalism Broken - When corporations have insider information from the government, then we no longer have capitalism. If a government protects certain corporations from failing while other businesses are allowed to fail, then we no longer have capitalism. If the government caters to specific corporations and they are granted special exemptions like not having to pay taxes or follow EPA regulations, then we no longer have capitalism.

Democracy Broken -- When the government gives rights to corporations and religious organizations, then we have a broken system. If religious organizations and corporations can give a greater amount of money to politicians than the average person, then the system is broken. In addition, the donations from religious organizations and corporations are equal to bribes. If law makers can add earmarks to legislation, these are also bribes and the system is broken. If the President can sign anything into law without the approval of the House of Representatives and Senate oversight, then the system is broken.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

During all this, the Wealthiest are getting richer and the middle class and lower income families have struggled. Businesses are doing well at the expense of the employees and the climate. Religious organizations are driven to control their flock and oppress others, so they can determine who deserves respect based upon their beliefs. With all this control by the government, Corporations and Religious Organizations, they can implement their own justice based on hearsay or their interpretation of events that they control. They can use social media to sway popular opinion. They can cover up their involvement if their wrong or create their own version of events.

Thanks to the Conservatives, "We the People" no longer exists in America. It is now "We the Government, Corporations and Religious Organizations".
