Charles Manson's biggest
mistake: not getting elected President before his killing rampage. If he had taken that step in advance, Americans would be celebrating the death of Sharon Tate.
Murder (a) Murder is the unlawful killing of a human being with malice aforethought. Every murder perpetrated by poison, lying in wait, or any other kind of willful, deliberate, malicious, and premeditated killing; or committed in the perpetration of, or attempt to perpetrate, any arson, escape, murder, kidnapping, treason, espionage, sabotage, aggravated sexual abuse or sexual abuse, child abuse, burglary, or robbery; or perpetrated as part of a pattern or practice of assault or torture against a child or children; or perpetrated from a premeditated design unlawfully and maliciously to effect the death of any human being other than him who is killed, is murder in the first degree. Any other murder is murder in the second degree. (b) Within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, Whoever is guilty of murder in the first degree shall be punished by death or by imprisonment for life; Whoever is guilty of murder in the second degree, shall be imprisoned for any term of years or for life. (c) For purposes of this section - (1) the term "assault" has the same meaning as given that term in section 113; (2) the term "child" means a person who has not attained the age of 18 years and is - (A) under the perpetrator's care or control; or (B) at least six years younger than the perpetrator; (3) the term "child abuse" means intentionally or knowingly causing death or serious bodily injury to a child; (4) the term "pattern or practice of assault or torture" means assault or torture engaged in on at least two occasions; (5) the term "serious bodily injury" has the meaning set forth in section 1365; and (6) the term "torture" means conduct, whether or not committed under the color of law, that otherwise satisfies the definition set forth in section 2340(1).
On May 1, 2011, Barack Obama (according to the latest official version) sent Navy Seals to break into a compound where they believed Osama bin Laden was hiding. The Seals had orders to kill Osama bin Laden, a man who was never convicted of a crime in any kind of due process proceeding in the United States . Though he was unarmed, Osama bin Laden was killed by Seals acting on orders from Barack Obama. Osama's unarmed son was also killed.
Looking at the official story and the criminal statute, it appears that Barack Obama is guilty of murder in the first degree --except for one thing. There is the issue of Presidential immunity, which the Supreme Court has held is not absolute. However, no President has gone to prison for crimes committed while in office - yet.
It may be noted that, under the Constitution and laws of the United States , Osama bin Laden was an innocent man at the time of his death. He was never give a due process hearing under the Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, an amendment that constitutes more than hot air and rhetoric. Also, how does Obama get around the Sixth?
Amendment VI"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence."
The reality is that, if Osama bin Laden is actually dead this time, and the events really did happen as stated, Obama deliberately killed an innocent unarmed man with malice aforethought during the course of a burglary. The actions of agents are treated as acts of the principals in courts of law. This responsibility of principals for the actions of their agents is codified as well. There is no way around the fact that, if Charles Manson or Pocahontas had done what Obama did, it would be first degree murder.
Of what crime were the majority of the thousands of Americans sitting on death row convicted? The most common is murder. Those familiar with the justice system know that most of those on death row are innocent victims of a justice system aimed at locking up and executing the poor. If only these people had been President at the time of the killings, they would have all been national heroes.
In the old days, Presidents had to hide their crimes because it was once considered bad and impeachable for a President to commit crimes. Nixon was almost impeached for crimes. Andrew Johnson was impeached for violating a regulation about whom he could fire in his Cabinet. Clinton was not impeached for a crime but for lying about sex on TV. Now Obama clearly and unequivocally releases information that, if true, establishes that he is a cold blooded murderer in the first. More to the point, some of his supporters celebrate the murder of an unarmed innocent man. This indicates not just the low to which Obama has stooped but the fall of morality and justice among his supporters. I write this as an appalled Democrat.
The hypocritical blindness of Obama supporters or perhaps of anti-Arab bigots is best shown by the reaction to this farce written by Fahad Ansari, titled "BREAKING NEWS: BARACK OBAMA IS DEAD," in which Ansari takes all the elements of the killing of Osama bin Laden by Obama and turns it around, making it Pakistan's President Abdullah who announces Pakistani security forces have killed terrorist Obama after Obama was caught hiding in the UK. http://www.cageprisoners.com/our-work/opinion-editorial/item/1534-breaking-news-barack-obama-is-dead
Obama has been responsible
for the killing of innocent children in three countries of the Middle East , used weapons of mass destruction on millions of innocent
victims (including children), ordered cold-blooded murders and kept a torture
prison open. Obama's actions have killed
more innocent people (especially little children and babies) than anything
Osama bin Laden is alleged to have done on 9/11/01 . In terms
of morality, why is it acceptable to murder alleged Muslim terrorists and not
Christian terrorists with tons of documentation to back up the reality of their
kills? (BTW, I'm a Christian.) Is it
acceptable to murder anyone?
The Obama story referenced above was obviously written to show the prejudice of the readers. I cross-posted the Obama story into two yahoo groups to see the reactions. In one group, the readers felt murder was unacceptable no matter who did it. In the other group, killing the Christian was tasteless while killing the Muslim was acceptable. I do have a question in terms of Christianity. Do those who believe in the heaven-hell scenario really think supporting the murder of an unarmed innocent man will get them into heaven? Is the acceptability of murder really a good thing to teach children? How many children of those applauding the murder of Osama will go on to commit acceptable (in their minds) acts of murder themselves? I know of two men in the "peace movement" who believe it is acceptable and justifiable for husbands to beat, torture and kill women. What kind of mixed messages are violent abusers and children in our society receiving?
In the United States, corporations that steal from the people pay no taxes, while the poor are taxed more than they can afford. Those accused of killing one person can be sentenced to death while killing a thousand or a million people is considered honorable. Domestic batterers, after they have been judged in a court of law to be violent batterers, are given the power to kill off their victims -- despite restraining orders their victims were given as tokens to be displayed at their funerals. One of these violent batterers is even running "Democratic" and peace Internet groups and has been allowed to silence peace leaders who oppose domestic violence. Our government cannot afford health care, senior care and education but it can afford unlimited funding to kill foreigners. Murder and theft have become acceptable and honored.
Morality is not what it was in our parents' generation. At least, then, criminals had to lie and pretend to be good guys to stay in office. Isn't that better than now, when Obama loyalists teach their children that some murders are better than others?
