After 8 years of support for the Bush/Cheney administration from Congressman Jerry Weller of the 11th District of Illinois and after questions about his Nicaragua land deal and being named one of the most corrupt Congressman by a watchdog group he has decided to give up his seat.
Now Millionaire Marty Ozinga wants to fill those shoes with more of the same by bringing in one of the most dangerous persons to our Constitution in the history of America. He brings to Will County, Homer Glen, his home, a man that does not think himself part of the Executive Branch.
Marty Ozinga is bringing Richard Cheney, a man who had said on April 15, 1994 that invading Iraq would create a quagmire and then in 1996 said that we would not be well received if we went it alone and OCCUPIED that nation. A man who then went on every news outlet to push the lies and deception to create the very war and OCCUPATION he had earlier warned against.
We should be outraged that Marty has the stones to bring him here to our County after all that he has destroyed.
Shame on Marty Ozinga! This is not the change we are looking for here in Will County, Illinois, or for our Country!
Watch the video below that document Cheneys Vilolations against "We the People" and the Constitution of the United States of America.
After masterminding eight years of failed economic and foreign policies, Cheney wants to preserve his legacy by helping to elect people like Martin Ozgina.
What is that legacy?
" An economy in shambles. We went from the largest surpluses in history to saddling taxpayers with so much debt that the national debt clock broke under the pressure.
" Our foreign standing in shambles. Thanks to the likes of Mr. Cheney, our position in the world has diminished and our long-term security challenged.
" Zero, I repeat, NO Energy Policy. Under the watchful eye of Mr. Cheney, the government has given away billions in oil subsidies, but has done NOTHING to reduce our reliance on foreign oil.
I'm not surprised that Mr. Ozinga wants Cheney to help out. They think a lot alike.
And now a few opinions from the area...
So please, let's pay Marty Ozinga and Dick Cheney a visit to let them know we will have no more of their types in our County, State or Country.

Ignacio is a 47 year old Army Veteran, a father of 2 adults with no grandchildren and a Quality Mgr. for 22 years at a Spring Mfg. Company. He does not really fancy himself a writer...but who knows an intelligent thought may come yet.
Cheney has an approval rating in the teens or possibly lower. He is a leper and a dead weight on the shoulders of any politician who associates with him. My impression is many believe Cheney manipulated intelligence to support the Iraq invasion. George Tenet was his enabler and George W. Bush gave his approval to the entire plan.
Osama bin Laden was the principle excuse for the Iraq invasion. This is why the administration did not forcefully pursue Osama bin Laden or kill him in the Tora Borra region of Afghanistan. If bin Laden died, there was no justification for the Iraq invasion. Osama bin Laden had to remain alive (or at least undiscovered) to give the Iraq-terrorism threat validity. If bin Laden was proven dead, how was Iraq a threat to the US?
Greenspan thought it was all about Iraqi oil. Certainly the behavior of the US in Iraq to secure its oil ministry before securing other major military targets (such as weapons caches later used to kill Americans) suggests oil was a primary interest. It is believed Iraq has the last remaining largest untapped oil deposits in the world. Even at modest oil prices, the known Iraqi oil reserves are worth over a trillion dollars. An oil guzzling nation like the US could hardly ignore an opportunity like this. The US could set up a friendly government, put in a big embassy and some very large military bases to keep an eye on things and US/British Oil companies could take what oil they liked at extremely favorable terms. It would be a plan not unlike the US/British hatched for Iran in the 1950's when they installed the Shah of Iran to gain access to Iranian oil. Only this time, it would be with far more intelligence and military support to ensure we did not lose control of those oil reserves like we did in Iran. The fact the US administration pushed Iraqi leaders hard to approve oil contracts and to sign long term agreements for military bases in Iraq is consistent with that belief.
What is sad is how little has been done to further investigate the logic, reasoning and purpose of these events or to hold anyone accountable for the Iraq disaster. The official version is we got into Iraq because of "bad intelligence". If that was so, why would Bush give George Tenet a Medal of Freedom (our highest civilian honor) when he retired? Why did a CIA Iraqi operative from Hussein's inner sanctum with information about WMD and who told the CIA Iraq had no WMD get put up in Jordan before the Iraq war and then get labeled as an unreliable information source? However, after the Iraq war and when no WMD were found the US paid him $5 million though his services or help were no longer used? Why was this person "unreliable" but Curveball who was known as totally unreliable and dishonest end up providing the intelligence used in the Iraq NIE that justified the Iraq invasion?
Who was responsible for the several disapprovals of the plans by the delta-force command in Afghanistan from attacking Osama bin Laden in Tora Borra region? Who decided the oil ministry in Baghdad was to be a primary objective of the invasion? At what point in time did the plans for the huge military bases and massive embassy in Iraq begin to be prepared? Why and who ordered them? How does the timing correspond with the events on the ground and the message about the reason for the Iraq war that changed continuously during the Iraq occupation?
A sitting US President and Vice President have abused their powers and violated their oaths of office and the consequences have been horrendous in lost lives, resources, human rights and respect of the US at home and abroad. There has been no accountability or serious investigation into the allegations by our Congress or the International Court of Justice into any of the charges. The reason is, "we wouldn't win, so we aren't going to investigate or hold impeachment hearings". It is a pathetic travesty of justice and excuse for why our rule of law has failed.

It is an eloquent indictment of these mobster/monsters, but it understates the case.
First, neither were elected to office, but actually conspired and systematically stole the election process from the American people, who would NOT have put them in position to wreak the havoc they've intentionally done to our Constitution and way of life.
Then they--in league with highly trained and highly paid clandestine (illegal)operatives of several countries-- brought down the Twin Towers to create a Pearl Harbor in order to initiate a long-range plan to shift the global balance of power. In their arrogance, they vastly over-rated themselves and under-rated the resolve of middle-easterners to keep out their evil influence. America's military forces have paid, and continue to pay an incalculable price for this plot.
They are not Americans, and have arguably lost their right to even be members of the Human race. They serve an unseen and vicious master with a plan for humanity that is horrible beyond reckoning.
