For OpEdNews: Samuel Lipari - Writer

As a business innovator fighting the healthcare monopoly strangling our nation, I want to call Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid's attention to what the corporations that run America's healthcare will do if Senator Reid introduces a Senate health care bill with a public health insurance option that would allow states to opt out. http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/2009/10/25/aide-reid-likely-to-include-public-option-in-senate-health-care-bill/

The so-called "trigger mechanism," as my state's advocate Democratic Senator Claire McCaskill of Missouri knows from my repeated letters to her office will end up just like the attempt to implement a voluntary Code of Conduct http://findarticles.com/p/articles/mi_m0BPC/is_10_26/ai_93207686/ on the Novation LLC and GHX LLC monopoly that made healthcare unaffordable in America, closed down most of our manufacturing and brought us record unemployment along with the bankrupting of our states and nation. The healthcare insurance and hospital administration stakeholders, like the Novation LLC and GHX LLC cartel members have no other business model or function than that of passing on radically inflated costs to the consumer and distribution markets.

A delay in changing these circumstances like Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Senator Claire McCaskill's plan may accomplish important political goals for the Democratic party like not losing their majority in Congress next year, but it will also cause corporations like Boeing and Ford to exit our nation with what is left of the world class technology and jobs that made America the leading economy on Earth. http://www.medicalsupplychain.com/pdf%5CWRIT%20OF%20MANDAMUS%20Exb%2012.pdf

In the end, the failure to enforce antitrust laws in the healthcare supply chain political contributors like the Novation LLC Cartel member GE's GHX LLC or even police against the bad faith conduct of healthcare insurers has led our nation and its states to financial ruin. A fact Democratic Senator Claire McCaskill clearly recognizes when polling has led her from being President Obama's presidential campaign director to being a so-called "Blue Dog" or moderate Democrat. Senator Claire McCaskill sees the popular backlash against the tragic repeat of former First Lady Hillary Clinton's attempt to secretly craft healthcare reform legislation with the stakeholders looting Medicare and Medicaid funds.

Town Hall meetings in Missouri especially must by now have made it clear to Senator Claire McCaskill that her priority of securing a second Democrat Senator to fill retiring Republican Kit Bond's seat has now been sacrificed to appeasing the massive Medicare fraud, instead of standing up and calling for law enforcement and oversight of federal contracting with insurance giants like Blue Cross Blue Shield that became invitations to steal our nation blind. http://www.bna.com/current/hfr/toph.htm

I know about this backlash in my state because even though I was a Republican I pulled for Senator McCaskill to defeat Senator Talent, the Republican favorite of the Novation, LLC and GHX, LLC cartel and the software systems companies like Cerner that are employed to conceal the Medicare fraud of the monopolization and artificial price inflation.

If Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Senator Claire McCaskill's "trigger mechanism" plan succeeds, what will really make healthcare insurers extend access to the manufacturing employers, retail stores and even states like Missouri that are currently incapable of paying the artificial double digit cost increases of our monopolized hospital supply chain? Please don't lie to me and say courts will allow state citizens to present evidence and show the coverage was not increased in their state. Senator Claire McCaskill never did anything about judges not following fact or law in the hospital supply chain antitrust litigation that has been running for eight years now.

Who will those citizens of excluded states get to represent them when it is against the powerful influence of healthcare stakeholders? My attorney was disbarred. Two Assistant US attorneys on the government case against the Novation LLC cartel ended up dead http://littlethomsblog.blogspot.com/2007/04/huge-fired-us-attorneys-and-medicare.html on the day of US Senate Antitrust testimony on Novation's uncompetitive practices. http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x758013

Don't call the USDOJ. The nation's greatest Medicare Fraud prosecutor, US Attorney Todd Graves was illegally fired http://www.pressrelease365.com/pr/government/federal/graves-attorney-general-gonzales-1275.htm to obstruct justice when the healthcare stake holders got upset that Graves had convened a federal grand jury to investigate Doctors sworn reports of Medicare fraud in the Springfield Missouri hospital group Cox health. The USDOJ ended up seeing its role as defending Bradley Schlozman, the man forced into Graves job under a now repealed provision of the USA PATRIOT Act for Schlozman's personal racketeering conduct on behalf of the Novation LLC scheme to loot Medicare. http://www.medicalsupplychain.com/pdf/Lipari%20v%20GE%20et%20al%20Federal.pdf

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid needs to realize leaders lead. Senator Reid wasn't leading when he personally suppressed Democrat senators from holding hearings on the misconduct of the previous administration or the corruption in the very agencies that were responsible for protecting America and her citizens from artificial inflation of healthcare supplies that now takes the lives of over 48,000 uninsured Americans a year, the looting of our banking and reinsurance systems or even the failure to observe international law in the treatment of captured enemy combatants. Now Senator Reid can only appease the influence of the healthcare stakeholders armed with war chests of all the billions of dollars their hospital skimming operations produce without interruption. This appeasement in the form of Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid and Senator Claire McCaskill's "trigger mechanism" plan is nothing less than surrendering to criminals.

I am confident the electorate will once again change the party in majority in Congress as a consequence. It's too bad we will never again recover what we have already lost.
