Terrorists have been making desperate attempt to take control of Pakistan as now they have reached very near to the corridor of power. Rulers of Pakistan, who are still busy in loot and plunder have not been giving the attention to the issue of terrorism.
Attack on the Pantagon of Pakistan is a proof that now terrorists can make an attack anywhere in Pakistan. General Headquarters is the head office of Pakistan Army. According to reports several army men and terrorists have been killed in the intense fighting in the army compound. On Monday the Pakistan jets have bombed several areas in Bajaur Agency killing score of people. It is ridiculous to note that the terrorists have carried out attack on Islamabad, but Pakistani jets have been bombing the tribal areas. The terrorists, who carried out the attack have certainly used Islamabad for planning the attack. There are possibility that there will be more terrorists in the capital of land of the pure. Now this will be a test case for Obama administration as situation in Pakistan is going to get worse.
The terrorists have also carried out attack in Swat region killing several people. According to reports, thirty-two persons including four security personnel have been killed and 53 injured in a suicide attack in district Shangla. Several injured reported in a critical condition mounting fears that death toll could rise.
Sources said a suicide bomber riding in white car blew up himself near security forces check post in headquarter Alpuri in Shangla. The bodies and injured shifted to hospital. Security force have imposed unannounced curfew in the area and started search operation. Several key buildings including district Nazim office, DPO offices and courts are located in this area.
