On June 26, 2008, President Bush declared a state of national emergency, citing proliferation of weapons-usable fissile material on the Korean Peninsula with the following words: "I, GEORGE W. BUSH, President of the United States of America, find that the current existence and risk of the proliferation of weapons-usable fissile material on the Korean Peninsula constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat." http://www.whitehouse.gov/news/releases/2008/06/20080626-4.html Amendment 2 states:the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed. Under Amendment 14, No State shall deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law. North Koreans have the right to keep and bear arms. I direct you to act now to impeach President Bush for high treason given this declaration violates Constitutional benchmarks and attempts to overthrow the constituted government of the U.S. Sincerely, Susan Allen, M.Ed.
