For OpEdNews: Robert N Smith - Writer

Many things are either allowed by the Constitution or prohibited.  What is not allowed is either reserved to the states or to the people.  On the 20th, I intend to use one of the things allowed to the people.  I intend to ask the Government to abide by the limitations of the Constitution.  If they do not take up my petition and give me an answer, then I shall ask for their resiganation for failure to carry out their oath of office.  I will get an answer one way or the other, will you join my petition?

Petition for Redress of Grievances

To: President of the United States of America B. Obama
To: Senator Lamar Alexander (TN)
To: Senator Bob Corker (TN)
To: Representative David P. 'Phil' Roe (TN)
To: The Senior official available at the U.S. Federal District Court in Greeneville, TN

Specifically since the only reason for sending our troops in harms way allowed by the Constitution are the following.
