President Obama somberly informed us that Bin Laden was killed a week ago.
There's a Facebook page- Osama Bin Laden is DEAD adding about 2000 "likes" a minute, with over 175,000 already.
Some questions:
Why so somber?
Why wait a week?
Where's the picture?
How will the right try to attack this... of course, praising the troops and everyone else, except, maybe, Panetta, who Obama said was given the task of finding Osama.
update: Last night, I mixed up preliminary reports on when the kill happened. Clearly it happened yesterday. I need to get to bed earlier. <G>
