Wow. Roberts voted apart from the other four rightwing extremists and handed Obama a pass on Obamacare.

So many questions and thoughts.

First-- Roberts gave a gift to his corporatist masters and showed he is more of a corporatist than a right wing extremist-- though I may be splitting hairs. Another thought. The right wing justices are bright guys from Harvard or Yale. Does extreme right wing thinking make your brain work less or differently, or this a chicken and egg thing-- which comes first?

So, did Roberts vote this way on THIS decision to make it easier for him to weigh in later on other cases where he'll be seen as partisan. If so, what's on the horizon?

Will Roberts' decision cause Americans and history to cut  him some slack in terms of his partisianship and legacy?

This decision was based on the Supreme court treating the mandate as a tax by another name, which congress IS allowed to legislate. How will this aspect of the decision reverberate? What existing and in-the-works tax laws or other laws that can now be framed as taxes will be affected?

Already Romney and the GOP leaders are telling untruths about the bill. Will the MSM call them? So far, not so much.

How will this affect people in the street? How will independents view Roberts', a Republican presidential appointee, opinion.

Democrats talk about how it took a series of legislative victories to get civil rights to where they are today. Will the Dems continue to pursue further progress on healthcare? If so, what are the target steps and goals and benchmarks on that road?

Rob Kall has spent his adult life as an awakener and empowerer-- first in the field of biofeedback, inventing products, developing software and a music recording label, MuPsych, within the company he founded in 1978-- Futurehealth, and founding, organizing and running 3 conferences: Winter Brain, on Neurofeedback and consciousness, Optimal Functioning and Positive Psychology (a pioneer in the field of Positive Psychology, first presenting workshops on it in 1985) and Storycon Summit Meeting on the Art Science and Application of Story-- each the first of their kind.  Then, when he found the process of raising people's consciousness and empowering them to take more control of their lives  one person at a time was too slow, he founded which has been the top search result on Google for the terms liberal news and progressive opinion for several years. Rob began his Bottom-up Radio show, broadcast on WNJC 1360 AM to Metro Philly, also available on iTunes, covering the transition of our culture, business and world from predominantly Top-down (hierarchical, centralized, authoritarian, patriarchal, big)  to bottom-up (egalitarian, local, interdependent, grassroots, archetypal feminine and small.) Recent long-term projects include a book, Bottom-up-- The Connection Revolution, debillionairizing the planet and the Psychopathy Defense and Optimization Project.
