The more Kim Jong-il is given global center stage, the longer and more pronounced this situation will become.

President Obama, please demand Hillary Clinton immediately initiate a "Global Ignore Policy" towards North Korea, beginning with boycotting any UN Security Council sessions that have anything to do with North Korea.
Time for the U.S. to stop Kim Jong-il's global manipulation and show some real "against the grain leadership".....by doing nothing.
