For OpEdNews: Ed Tubbs - Writer The past years, months and days have provided a surfeit of truly tragic evidence that cannot be controverted that what it takes to be a Republican, including being a Republican voter, is a complete deficit of moral integrity, an absence of even rudimentary human decency, and an oversupply of rudeness, bigotry, and self-delusion. What South Carolina's Republican Joe Wilson's deplorable "You're a liar" outburst while the president was delivering his speech to a joint session of congress, and the surge of right-wing support for his antics makes abundantly clear is that they also cannot read or comprehend at a 2d-grade level. In other words, they're stupid! Each and every one of them. Or, as I prefer, some species of lizard-brained sub-human grotesquerie. What follows is first the link to the LOC, Library of Congress, report of the House bill 3200, "America's Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009 with special attention to Section 246 which plainly (except for Republicans) states what the availability of federal subsidies or funds or access to the revised health care would be to illegal aliens. This needs to be forwarded to everyone, and explained in monosyllabic words consisting of no more than five letters to any and all Republicans you may have the sad misfortune of knowing and acquainting. -- Ed Tubbs http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/F?c111:1:./temp/~c11157vFN0:e176188: H.R.3200
