Murdoch image on News Of The World Site
Fox news has announced it will shut down the paper that has been riddled with accusations that its staff hacked the phones of parents of a dead child, parents of victims of the London Subway bombings.
Apparently this is an attempt by Rupert Murdoch to placate the outrage in the United Kingdom from parents, Parliament and a public that has been disgusted by unethical, despicable behavior.
Of course, this is the tip of the iceberg, the surface of a deep, deep cesspool of despicable policies, behaviors and violation of decency and truth.
Just this morning, I was thinking that it was disgusting that such horrific behavior would not lead to government and justice "executing" this criminal enterprise.
Murdoch is not punishing the "News of The World" paper. He is killing it as a sacrifice to do damage control.
Let's hope that this is one step towards the death of an evil, despicable corporation. It deserves to die.
