As a Jewish Buddhist, and a staunch supporter of President Obama, I cannot agree to put pressure on Israel, by putting the Arabic/Islamic nations ahead of Israel!
These countries have so much unused land, but not even one of them has offered the so-called Palestinians a place for their homeland.
They all want Israel to give up their land. Land that Israel made arable, made usable, made to grow crops and made fruitful.
They want to push Israel into the Sea, steal their land, and kill all the Jews.
If you want people to support your efforts, then open your eyes to what the Arabic and Islamic peoples want to do to Israel. They want to destroy the only real supporter of Democracy and the United States that is in the Middle East, and turn it into a land of hate-filled peoples, who will continue making bombs, to use against all peace-loving peoples, including those of us in the United States.
Get your heads on straight, and support Israel, while there is still time to support the only democracy in the Middle East!
So no, I will not sign any petition, nor will my friends Jewish and Gentiles alike nor will my family. Moreover, I will ask that all peace-loving peoples stay away from petitions like the ones sent around by CARE-2.
Way too many people in the United States have bought into the bullspit of the Middle Eastern Islamic peoples, just as some of the American peoples have bought into the Lies and Misdirection spewed out by Glenn Beck and the Right-Wing Republican Liars.
Have you seen the commercials on TV, where the doorbell rings, and a Giant Bug is at the door, with a Pizza, or a sob story of how his car broke down "a few blocks over?" Why not ask for help a few blocks over? Because the wooden flooring this Bug wants to destroy is in this particular house.
The same concept exists with the people who want to take the Israeli lands. The lands where they are are not usable, do not produce good crops, have not been made to grow crops in the middle of a stinking dessert. But the lands in Israel are rich, and will grow crops, and are usable for anyone who wants to produce crops, so those are the lands the Palestinian People want to usurp.
If you buy into their so-called peace initiatives, then shame on you! Shame on you All!
