Health care decisions should be up to a woman and her medical care provider. Her boss has no business between her legs.

While the ladies are fighting for a $10 - $20 monthly prescription that can affect or even save their lives, the fellas can get about $30,000 from the government to fix a broken wanger so they can have a bit o' fun.

Yes, according to CostHelper, "Penile implant surgery costs between $10,000 and $30,000, depending on the doctor and type of implant used," and, "a Medicare recipient's copay would be a little over $800."

Penile implant surgery, of course, is exclusively for the purpose of enhancing sexual activity. As is Viagra.

Birth control pills are hormonal replacement therapy which may be prescribed in a wide variety of health situations, in addition to family planning.

Yet the Supreme Wangers have ruled that women who may need birth control pills are at the mercy of their bosses.

Birth control pills are used to deal with such medical issues as menstrual cramping, anemia, acne, fibrocystic breast conditions or for hormonal fluctuations that are responsible for excessive bleeding, cramping or headaches, and for women who need protection against pelvic inflammatory disease, ectopic pregnancy, ovarian cysts, osteoporosis or PMS.

Are these women all just sh!t out of luck if their employer happens to decide that they shouldn't have access to the medication they need?

Is providing a man's penile implant a more critical health service than saving a woman's life? Hmmm, could it be that the Supremes are not as important as much as they are impotent?

In addition to the obvious medical issues, one questions the wisdom of a group of men putting their little heads together in order to take away women's PMS medication, en masse. How can they possibly think that would turn out well?

And wouldn't men want to be particularly interested in avoiding the combination of continent-spanning, unbridled PMS with open carry?

And finally, who do the men with the shiny, new bionic wangers expect to have fun with? Each other? Duh!

There is a reason that at least 99% of the recipients of the coveted Darwin awards are men. They seem to have a penchant for not thinking things through, and the current male-dominated restrictions on women's health care proves it.

Beware, Buster.

If momma ain't happy, ain't nobody happy.
