For what seems like the entire summer, I have been changing the channel any time the Casey Anthony trial coverage has come on.

Many have said that the coverage of and commentary on the trial has been a great way for the mainstream media to avoid covering the important topics and issues of the day.

The jury deliberated under ten hours after the six week trial.

Anthony will be set free.
