Dear Senators: Bill Nelson / Mel Martinez / Barack Obama
It is never too late to do the right thing. Question: Is America a land governed by law? Answer: Yes....for now. Question: Did you take an oath of office, swearing on a Bible to uphold the law and the Constitution of the United States of America? Answer: Yes, you did. Question: Does the Constitution protect our citizens against unreasonable search, requiring a warrant, signed by a judge, specifying the specific person or place to be searched and the items to be sought? Answer: Yes...it does.
Question: Why would anyone want or need immunity from liability for committing a criminal act or for violating the Constitution such as participating in an illegal wire tap? Answer: So they can deliberately and with premeditation, commit that crime and violate the Constitutional rights of American Citizens. Question: Do you respect your oath of office and the people of the United States of America whom you have a duty to protect against abuses of power and do you uphold our Rule of Law? Your Answer: YES | NO

Join Senators Dodd and Feingold and other patriots in the Senate who still believe in the Rule of Law. Stand up for our Constitution and block any version of the FISA bill that would include immunity for any crimes or violations of the Constitution. Once you allow one crime to pass you open the doors to more and more crimes to be committed against American Citizens by this or any future administration. This is a bad example to be set by Congress and would be a violation of your oath of office.
Political Activism is a passion but I have earned a living since 1995 through my web page design and hosting business. I also do graphics design and offer business cards, fliers, brochures etc. My most recent venture which can be seen at http://www.locationpromos.com is to provide custom items via my China connections to the souvenir trade.
Aside from the Fourth, re privacy, it also attacks the First as well.
'Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.'
The immunity bill is specifically designed to strip American Citizens to challenge domestic spying in the courts.
Congress is doing EXACTLY what the first amendment of the Bill of Rights says they cannot do, pass a law to deny us the right to petition our government for a redress of grievances'
Congress's actions are illegal !
