The western oil companies have been investing in Oil and Gas of Kurdistan Regional Governments (KRG) region of Iraq for last few years. The oil pipeline (1) will be ready by the end of year 2013. But because of PM Erdogan and Barzani's actions against Western Kurdistan (Kurdistan region of Syria) can put the entire investment in jeopardy. Iraqi Shi'a Governments of Baghdad is not happy with agreement between PM of Turkey and Barzani's corrupt Governments and so is the US, PKK of Turkey and PYD of Syria.
PM Erdogan invited KRG President Massoud Barzani to emergency meeting in the City of Diyarbakir, the capital of Kurdistan region of Turkey to plan the Oil pipeline protect from HPG military forces of PKK and YPG military forces of PYD (5).
PM of Turkey (4) was not sincere to have peace with Kurdish people under the leadership of Abdullah Ocalan. He is trying to use Massoud Barzani to overcome Kurdish people revolution in Turkey and Syria.
PKK military power is increased many fold for last few years. Thousands upon thousands young boy and girl are joining military forces to fight when peaceful settlement are falling.
Freedom of Abdullah Ocalan can save the region from wars. The oil companies must put pressure on the US, EU and Israeli Government to make peace between Turks and Kurds of Turkey otherwise they will lose their investment when the regions are unstable.
We hope this article is not to late. Massoud Barzani's visit can ignite fighting between Kurdish people and Governments forces of Turkey.
Are the Prime Minister of Turkey (2) and Massoud Barzani of the Kurdish Regional Government (KRG) trying to ignite a larger war in the Middle East? Or are they simply attending a "collective wedding ceremony where around 300 couples already living together will officially get married, following which the two leaders will open some facilities together in Diyarbakır, which is the biggest province in Turkey's predominantly Kurdish-populated southeastern Anatolian region'?
After halting this year's peace process with imprisoned Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan, Prime Minister Erdogen of Turkey has now invited Barzani to these events, while expressing the hope that an upcoming meeting with him in Diyarbakır over the weekend will be a historic occasion that crowns an ongoing resolution process in the country.
Considering the millennia of Persian, Arab and Turkish intrigues foisted on the Kurdish people, it is a provocative meeting. For the past 2500 years they have successively divided Kurdistan and taken most of the Kurdish people's land, leaving them with limited strongholds and "no friends but the mountains'.
The Prime Minister of Turkey is playing with the lives of millions of people. The Kurdish people are under pressure throughout their territories in Turkey, Syria, Iraq and Iran and are ready to revolt as predicted in the Hebrew Tanakh 2700 years ago. Ever since the "return of the Medes' (ancient Kurds) described by the prophet Isaiah was dismissed as fulfillment of a much earlier historic event in the Medes' history, few have recognized its contemporary application, whose accomplishment is now looming. Erdogen and Barzani would do well to heed the warning and not ignite a larger war that will burn them and possibly create a potentially disastrous firestorm of revolt. Instead, Erdogen must stop dallying with Barzani and pursue Ocalan's peace process.
Massoud Barzani's final Betrayal (3)
The Barzani family has been working with Jalal Talabani to serve Turkey's interests since 1961. In 1976 Turkey gave both of them diplomatic passports and accepted their services against the Kurdish people's revolution under the leadership of Abdullah Ocalan. Both Talabani and Barzani aided Turkey's arrest of Ocalan, with the help of Israel under its current Prime Minister and the then US Government's Clinton administration.
Surviving after the arrest of Ocalan, the revolution continued under the leadership of the Kurdish National Council (KCK) and its PKK, PJAK, PYD and PCDK subsidiaries. Now the strength of these Kurdish political parties in Turkey, Iran, Syria and Iraq, which has supported the (3) YPG Kurdish military forces of Syria, must be making Prime Ministers Erdogen of Turkey and Barzani of the Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government very nervous. The YPG's recent defeat of al-Qaida in Syria is a significant victory over Islamic terrorism's most powerful force, and its Turkish and KRG supporters. The fact that the technologically sophisticated army of the US has not been able to do the same in other theaters indicates that the Kurds are force to be reckoned with in the Middle East. In order to safeguard their interests, instead of ignoring them, the other powers would do well to start talking to the Kurds.
With the incapacitation of Talabani and the success of the Kurdish people's revolution, Barzani and Erdogen might find their pleas to their US ally fall on deaf ears, should the US the EU and Israel extend the hand of friendship to the Kurdish people in support of democracy and human rights in the Middle East. Those officials afraid of losing oil interests in Kurdistan and those who refuse to admit the Kurdish people's determination might then find themselves isolated.
