Make love on a public beach, get fined, go to jail and then be deported.

The two Brits, in their 30s, met at an all-you-can-drink champagne brunch before the alleged incident occurred. They were arrested in July and later charged with sex outside of marriage, public indecency and drunkenness, fined and sentenced to three months in jail.

Considering outrageous laws in that part of the world, they were lucky that she wasn’t stoned and he didn’t have his member guillotined.

Was three months in the slam really necessary? Oh, and it could have been two years in jail for this grave offense.

The pair was fined $272 each and are going to be deported anyway, so why not fine and deport them and be done with it?

Making an example of them, so Dubaians don’t follow their lead and beach sex runs rampant in Dubai?
