Response to Ellen Brown,

Subject: Your OEN article, "The Mysterious CAFR's: How Stagnant Pools of Government Money Can Save the Economy"

Ellen, to build on your good idea ...

A Sovereign-Money Banking System can filter and refresh those "Stagnant Pools of Government Money"

Please consider the Sovereign Money banking plan at << http://www.primeronmoney.com/communitybanks.html >>

A single bank operating under this plan can be started almost immediately in California, operating under existing California and Federal Law. If it works well, it could be expanded into a nationwide system of 4,000 banks.

No new laws are needed on the Federal or State level.

I would suggest that the bank be started without depositors. Depositors simply do not make sense for a beginning bank.

It is a myth that banks need deposits to make loans. They can simply create whatever money is needed to make loans.

Would you like to discuss this further -- or would you rather that we simply work on our own?

A completely new banking system could be easily started. Without new laws or specific help by existing government at any level.

The only thing you need is support by common citizens.

I think the new banking system would simply crowd out the existing Federal Reserve System. Common people would likely switch to this new banking system because the New System would be better for common citizens

Let me know what you think.
