Education reform is long overdue and this is part of Obama's agenda.  Click here for Obama's detailed Education plan.

Obama has the opportunity to restore America values and the middle class by encouraging young to value education through its tuition plan. This is the way to go, not only to give incentives for services rendered to communities, but also to produce qualified and productive future leaders or workforce.

Recent studies show that the United States is falling behind when it comes to international education rankings.  Compared to other developed nations, US education systems are failing efficiency standard requirements.  Click here for more details.

"Melinda and I believe that providing every child with a good education is the only path to equality in America. A good education means completing a postsecondary degree. And yet when we began our work eight years ago, the level of high school dropouts made even starting a postsecondary degree impossible for millions of students." Click here for information on what the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is doing.

While dealing with failing education systems, the United States is facing a major problem with the outsourcing of American jobs to India and China. These two countries' economies are growing at a rapid pace.  Particularly regarding technology, most software companies are exporting their call centers to India, and textiles manufacturing industries have migrated to Asia for years now.

How can the next administration help America start a new and competitive global economy for years to come?  Can Obama's education plan help fix some education problems, allowing the US to hire more effective teachers, helping provide every student with necessary textbooks, relieving teachers of having to provide school supplies, but rather increase their pay?

Is there a link between school reform and economic prosperity?  In other words, is a failing education system the root cause of increasing poverty in America?  Or are there other hidden problems?

Obama pledges five million new clean energy jobs in the next ten years. How prepared is America for clean energy?  What are the mindsets?  Do we need some adjustment in mentalities?

Technology and education are the sectors to look at in order to move the US forward.

Quality education should be a RIGHT, and should be made accessible to any child regardless of color, race, social class or national origin.  Education of a national population, particularly education of future generations, is the greatest asset of a nation.  There is nothing more productive than an educated workforce able to face future challenges such as green jobs -- which the new administration has committed to create for America to become independent of foreign oil.

On the other hand, technology can be the tool to review or rebuild our failing systems.  The US would do well to start reforming the US educational systems and strengthening the IT infrastructure.  This should begin with modernizing US government systems to make it more transparent and accessible to citizens.

How do you think Obama can succeed in turning the economy around and make new job creation possible?  What economic skills must America produce to compete globally to meet the financial challenges of the 21st Century?

I believe in "the unknown gives one the opportunity to grow" and, that "Attitude determines Altitude". There is no limitation but in one's own mind. My hero's leaders are Abraham Lincoln (the most influential American to my opinion), John F. (more...)
