 evidence of <>ballot tampering, ballot substitution, ballot box stuffing, ballot destruction, and shifting of votes from one candidate to another, in addition to old-fashioned techniques of voter suppression. He will present this evidence, and describe how it was obtained, and how citizens audits can help insure election integrity and the promises of  democracy.  As Joseph Stalin said -- "It's not who votes that counts, it's who counts the votes."   Copies of>Witness to a Crime will be available at the presentation.
