There's no ducking this one! People are talking about the House of Representatives ratifying the crap that the Senate had thrown together last week. Obviously someone is playing fast and dirty on Capitol Hill. We're reeling from the rapid pace that outpaces the deliberative thought that is expected of those who are supposed to be OUR representatives. We're certainly facing a criminal enterprise in the US and they control government and the media.

Reading the many commentaries on this issue, I realize that there is no chance that any of the recommendations would be adopted because nobody has shown a way around the fraud that has elected the criminals. Look at the vote in the Senate and the House! Did the last election really accomplish anything? We are still in Iraq, they are planning to ramp up Afghanistan, innocent Pakistanis are getting murdered by the dozens, Gaza and the West Bank are still under attack and occupation, and nobody has stepped forward to frogmarch criminals on Wall Street before congressional committees for investigation.

Elections don't work in America! We're still stuck with TweedleDee and TweedleDum and they almost always look and act alike. What does that leave us? Are we in check without any recourse to this monstrous bailout for the rich?

No we're not! We've just begun to fight. Until now we've depended upon electoral politics to solve our national problems and that plays right into the hands of the criminal enterprise. In fact, we've become gridlocked mentally because that's the program we've been fed to keep us at bay. They can control that route very effectively. The foundations of the criminal enterprise go back a long way.

They hang the man and flog the woman
That steal the goose from off the common,
But let the greater villain loose
That steals the common from the goose.

The Law demands that we atone
When we take things we do not own
But leaves the lords and ladies fine
Who take things that are yours and mine.

The poor and wretched don't escape
If they conspire the law to break;
This must be so but they endure
Those who conspire to make the law.

The law locks up the man or woman
Who steals the goose from off the common'
And geese will still a common lack
Till they go and steal it back.

This English poem from about 1764 calls for civil disobedience when natural law is superseded by man's law that is unfair and unjust. The moral issue has been seized by those who conspire to write the statutes that violate natural law. Twelve years later Thomas Jefferson wrote the Declaration of Independence in which he differentiated between the statutes of a despotic government and Laws of Nature and Nature's God.

When in the Course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. - That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, - That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness

In spite of the demands to end the torture policy and the illegal maltreatment of "detainees" at Guantanamo, nothing has changed. In spite of demands to observe the Bill of Rights to the US Constitution, illegal search and seizure continues unabated. Millions of Americans erupted at the insult that they pay for the misdeeds and risk-taking of bankers and brokers. Habeas corpus has been threatened, Americans can be seized without just cause, imprisoned without charge, convicted without due process. Posse Comitatus Act has been diluted. National Security Presidential Directive 51 was signed by Bush to permit him to establish martial law without the consent of Congress on the basis solely determined by the President and without provisions for the end of the National Emergency. This is the hand of the despot.

Jefferson wrote,

That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed

Votes were left uncounted, Americans were illegally removed from voting rolls, voting machines changed votes, exit polling showed the losers should have won and observers were prevented from watching the votes being counted.

Jefferson wrote,

I've moved www.real-debt-elimination.com into the top 100 of over 2 million competing websites for debt elimination and www.real-dream-catchers.com to #18 out of 308,000, finally passing the stolen website after only a year and a half of steady work. Several more websites are in the planning stages awaiting their turn to hit the Internet, tires squealing. The other website saw traffic of more than 4.5 million hits a month. My megaweb will eventually see that many each day.
