Greens fight for rights in Kagame's Rwanda

Rwanda Greens were injured and arrested when Rwandan police shut down
their fourth attempt to convene on 10.30.2009 in Kigali. Those known to
have been arrested have been released, and only one member remains
missing. The party now plans another attempt to convene, for the fifth
time, on 11.20.2009.
