This shows that the Eu is not as amenable to coercion by the WTO , and FTA, and Monsanto, as some countries have been... and that people's voices can be heard if we all keep yelling long and loud enough.

Though I was sad to see Belgium was more after money from Bayer than their residents' health, they appear to put money over safety, and Bayer has a lousy safety record.

While Monsanto and its affiliated politicians probably will argue in court, at least it means that in Germany, for the time being, the land people and bees at least have a breather from GM pollution, and can begin to restore a natural system.

The supposed Exodus? of Valuable researchers??

Suggested by the Pro-GM politicians is in my opinion, is very far fetched, there really are not that many, and they will simply transfer to another land that is not so strong in it's stand , and continue their lunacy elsewhere.

Or they will go and work for the government, to lobby for GM, and then as in the USA use that revolving door and go back to Monsanto et al when the pay/position offer is higher. Prior examples show an alarming tendency to do just this.
