Imogen Cunningham was one of the greatest American photographers at work during the first half of the 20th century. The following four pictures of trees in California were taken before 1940.

I have published two previous articles at OEN featuring images of Ms. Cunningham's black and white works, and the second article contains a link back to the first one. To access the second article, click here.
