Why the rush?

Mistakes result from rushing and we can't afford a $700,000,000,000 mistake!

The biggest risk is to home owners...so while you are waiting to decide how to fix the bigger problems of Wall Street, help Main Street. Wall street can wait longer; it's their fault.

Immediately enact a bill providing a temporary moratorium on foreclosures, say for 90 days, to provide breathing room and to reduce the pressure to act too quickly. Let it sunset.

Pass as emergency legislation.

I urge readers to contact, via FAX Senator's Dodd and Shelby now. Demand they seek a temporary halt to the bleeding before performing surgery on Wall Street by staying foreclosures for 90 days.

Senator Chris Dodd, Chairman, D
Fax: (202) 224-1083

Senator Richard Shelby, Ranking Republican
Fax: (202) 224-3416
Email: senator@shelby.senate.gov

Congressman Barney Frank, Finance committee, House.
Fax: (202) 225-0182
