The Clean Air Act and EPA's enforcement of it, are under attack like never before.  Please stand with environmentally conscious groups like: The Alaska Wilderness League, Center for Biological Diversity, Earthjustice, Earthworks, Natural Resources Defense Council, Sierra Club, The Wilderness Society, and Common Ground-USA AGAINST amendments on otherwise unrelated bills that would weaken the Clean Air Act - for example:

HR-910 - To amend the Clean Air Act to prohibit the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency from promulgating any regulation concerning, taking action relating to, or taking into consideration the emission of a greenhouse gas to address climate change, and for other purposes.

Amendments to H.R.1 - H.AMDT.101 Amendment prohibits the use of funds by the EPA to implement, administer, or enforce any statutory or regulatory requirement pertaining to emissions of greenhouse gases. 

Amendments to S.482 - A bill to amend the Clean Air Act to prohibit the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency from promulgating any regulation concerning, taking action relating to, or taking into consideration the emission of a greenhouse gas to address climate change, and for other purposes.

Please urge your representatives and senators to oppose any future efforts to roll back the Clean Air Act provisions as decided by the Supreme Court decision that greenhouse gases are pollutants, and you can ask them to support HR 1204 to eliminate the Clean Air Act exemption for aggregation of emissions from oil and gas development sources as well.
