Clarence Thomas, Again (Or More)

Recently we have discovered Thomas has willfully withheld income of his wife (said to be over $100,000 annually), from his disclosure forms which are required of all public officials.

The withholding, while if not illegal, is certainly dishonest and/or unethical, and to make matters worse is willful, as he should know the law, being a member of the highest court in our nation. Of course if he did not know the law, might that not indicate that he may be incompetent, as it is his job to know, and uphold, the laws of our country.

But there is more than simply not knowing, or not abiding by the law. Thomas has also shown he is not beyond shady behavior. His latest exposure is his not only attending, but taking part in a political conference and actually receiving funds to do so. It has been discovered he was paid travel expenses, hotel accommodations, meals, and who knows what else. As though this were not questionable in itself, with his being a Supreme Court Justice hearing a case that involves those who paid for his travel, why is that not considered judicial tampering, which I believe is a felony.

So, not only should Thomas be dismissed from the bench, but the Koch brothers should be brought up for judicial tampering.
