Chess Games in Libya and London while Rebel Gov't and Army Solidify

Is that a Light saber?

Strange goings on suddenly in London, as you will note here in this MSNBC video. There have been more Gaddafi government defections and secretive talks going on:

Meanwhile, the rebel army, which has been retreating chaotically for several days, is now digging in and firing back with their own more primitive artillery and rockets than what Gaddafi's forces have. They seem to have developed more discipline and are beginning to morph into a more cohesive military organization.

On the political front the Libyan National Transitional Council is apparently playing chess with the Gaddafi regime, offering a conditional ceasefire while simultaneously raising its profile internationally, and perhaps exploiting the divisions developing in the Gaddafi regime:
