Binders Full of Women Mitt Romney

Who uses terms like "BINDERS OF WOMEN" this is a open confession of Governor Mitt Romney of how BIG BUSINESS perceived women in the work force, we were binder people in case they needed one for a minority grant given by the government, and or just to display a token to cover for the possibility of a EEOC company. The women's issue was nothing compared that that of minorities especially Blacks who were openly discriminated again and I saw it all in the 60s 70s and even today.

The candidates will even address this issue and or the issue of how in general the middle class changed over to those within incomes of $250k a year where a few years back he middle class were the people making $50k a yrs.
So now what class are those who are making $50k because they are not middle class, Its like America has developed a Caste system matching in some ways that of India.
And by listen to the debate I saw how women are perceived,, no different in his comment than in the good old days.  I worked for years within Corporations where women and minorities had the lack of consideration for the wages of women and minorities were in those binders and or toss into file 13.
Within many, corporations it was the old boys club which only allowed for a hand full of women to enter and those within had no equal title, let alone the right salary for the position.
Before the massive change over big business had a family relationship with its employees it was not about the title they paid you but it was the employees safe guarded the business and the business protected the.  Within some healthcare was within we had nurses and a doctor on staff that was United States Gypsum, I knew the owner and we had great fun and production was at its best. Then the colleges had a major demand for students to work so the corporations started getting incentives to hire more and more grads thus elimination the family workers who gave their life and soul over to the business.
Then specialist came into to create the salary grids and procedures in order to place a perception of knowledge was golden and the family must go. So then the layoff's began, many of these companies sought with new management a almost robotic system and used measures to get rid of unions, which created equal wages and also forced cost of living status while using the media which they controlled to state the unions were the reason why corporations were not hiring. Yes I saw all from inside and working within those areas of the business they did this from.
I was a lifo fifo accountant and had worked for a number of top fortune 100 corporation doing their accounting and also had viewership of records on salaries. They had levels within this as well I recall that some of the top grads coming in from major universities were pay based on male female and minority status which was a big issue then because of government imposed guidelines which were later removed because for some real blacks felt that there work was being viewed as their merit to move a head. Buddy did not work let that at all, lets look at a grade level of 23 the pay scale for that position was $150k with mid being $75 and low as $45k well that was within the corporation many coming in if they were men got very close to the between $75 -100k level white women if hired had little change for title close to their male counter hires, and their salaried were between a lower than guideline starting around $25k-$35K depending with the position, Blacks came in as low as $15k and many less yep I saw it filed a EEOC lawsuit about this issue but like normal not one other person came forth for fear of losing their job which in the end they did anyway and in fact there was open discrimination policies used against black male candidates all with no real titles but worked to death, At least if the business was unionized you had equal pay with that but again they made sure no one supported the unions and now yes the salaries today are higher but again the cost of living is that too so maybe you have the title but you are also in that binder being blinded as well.
As for the Debate President Obama won hand down, but again were is the caring for the seniors who have little income to afford housing, or the eat, those without affordable housing and within foreclosure, blacks enslaved within prison systems many whom did nothing but can not afford attorney's and the plan of getting this Country on track and I can not see anyone stepping up to the plate and stating that the 47% IS NOT IN THE ROOM OF THE DEBATE, the hand picked people who posed the questions are not within the THE 47% of which Mitt Romney spoke, the ole school media class, and everyone danced around the issue of healthcare, and giving rid of NATFA which was the cause for many corporations to leave the USA.
AND JUST WHO ARE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT MAKING $250K AND NOT A PART OF THE OF THE NEW MIDDLE CLASS? WHEREBY IN THE PASS THE $50K PEOPLE MIDDLE SO WHAT ARE THOSE PEOPLE CALLED NOW? CLASSED OUT  $250K IN HUH? COMMENTS
