Arrest Michael Reagan for Inciting Murder by William Cormier Page 1 of 2 page(s) |

Arrest Michael Reagan And Apply US Law Equally - Inciting Murder Is A Crime! The right-wing is getting away with murder, figuratively speaking, and if some nut-case takes Michael Reagan at his word, it will be literal rather than figurative; We are supposed to be a nation of laws, and to allow right-wing radio hosts, Michael Reagan to be exact, to call for the murders of “911 Truthers” is unconscionable and against our laws. Michael Reagan has a nationally syndicated Radio Show that airs on Radio America, and for them, purveying hate and deceit is their mainstay to keep up their ratings and satisfy the right-wing nut-cases that masquerade as “Patriots” and for the most part, are avid Bush and Cheney supporters. I was reading BuzzFlash’s “Media Putz” of the week, and in my opinion, Regans’s statements transcend the normal hate and vitriol that Radio America spews, and in the case at hand, I believe it was a crime, and like all crimes, should be vigorously prosecuted in the US Court System and labeled as what it is, inciting murder under the guise of being a “shock-jock.” This is what he had to say, and it’s the audience that should make the judgment call, but in this case, I believe that it’s not even worth the debate; Michael Reagan committed a crime, and for that, he should face the music. Anything less is a stark reminder that under the Bush administration, “anything goes” as long as it is aimed at the Liberal/Progressive community:
“We ought to find the people who are doing this, take them out and shoot them. Really. You take them out, they are traitors to this country, and shoot them. You have a problem with that? Deal with it. You shoot them. You call them traitors, that’s what they are, and you shoot them dead. I’ll pay for the bullets. How about you take Mark Dice out and put him in the middle of a firing range. Tie him to a post, don’t blindfold him, let it rip and have some fun with Mark Dice.”
Then a YouTube posting of a Michael Reagan broadcast from a couple of years back finally got noticed for what it was: genocidal threats against Muslim babies and mothers, because some Middle Eastern mother named her child “Hezbollah.”
“You know what I would get them for a first birthday, I would put a grenade up their butts and light it. Happy birthday. Bye-Bye.” He went on to say, “What’s wrong with killing the mothers and the babies?” It only gets more macabre and defiantly homicidal from there.
Since the radio program was simulcast on cable, you can see Reagan as he is spouting this S.S. diatribe — and he is smirking for the cameras. These “shock jocks” — radio storm troopers of the right — know that outrageous comments get attention and publicity, and ultimately bigger checks for their bank accounts. But they and their radio company owners and their corporate sponsors are violating fundamental decency. LINK
Rather than repeating myself, I’m reproducing a comment that I posted on Op-Ed News in another article which details how “Radio America” is refusing to fire this sad representation of a human being and believes that a simple apology will suffice to exonerate Michael Reagan from his obvious criminal activity, but I disagree, and if we don’t act now, eventually someone innocent will be hurt or murdered by a demented individual that believes they are fulfilling their patriotic duty:
Breaking: Aggressive Media Blackout of All News And Radio Coverage Re: Mark Dice, Michael Reagan & Bill HandelDiary Entry by Martin Hill
http://LibertyFight.comDespite their claims that it wasn’t a big deal and that they didn’t do anything illegal, three major media corporations have demanded today that all coverage, and even subsequent coverage, of the Mark Dice/ Michael Reagan story be yanked and sent down the memory hole.
A few moments ago I noticed that the original video of Reagan’s threat to Dice is gone from YouTube:
‘This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by The Reagan Group/Radio America
‘We’re sorry, this video is no longer available”
—A lawyer friend sent me these:
Every person who, with the intent that the crime be committed, solicits another to commit or join in the commission of murder shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for three, six, or nine years. -California Penal Code section 653f MUCH MORE

I am nothing more than a patriotic American that is doing whatever I can to further the cause of democracy, the rule of law, and am absolutely outraged on how the Bush administration is defying our Congress, the Constitution, and the Bill of Rights! (more...)

DEAR PAT (RIOT),
We are no longer in Kansas. We are in a Fascist- Corporate state. The laws
do not protect the weak. They only protect the ruling Illuminati class.
Now you understand the way the world of Neo-conservatives work, no?
Soon the internet will be a commercial sty like the telly mush fed the
masses. So long, it was good while it lasted!
Waaaaaaaiiioooo! I am crying in my dog bowl.

Make him clean up murder scenes. Finally a conservative Republican would get his hands dirty at work, so he can take a shower after work for a change - instead of before.
