There's no doubt that we live in political times that are highly charged; Right-wing pundits dominate the radio and TV while the majority of Americans believe that America is heading in the wrong way by a whopping 81%, yet what we are assailed with on a regular basis are the 19% that support the Bush administration and seem intent on starting another war - proof positive that the White House's propaganda machine and corporate America are bound and determined to have their way in spite of overwhelming condemnation from the majority of America. It seems that "the people"- no longer have a voice, ignored by Congress and the Presidency - and a Speaker of The House that for all practical purposes, appears to be a rabid Bush supporter rather than a Democrat - a symptom that America is definitely headed on the wrong path, compliments of a Congress and Judiciary that have turned their back on their oaths of office and seem intent on destroying our economy, our belief(s) in the constitution, and the rule of law.

To the rest of the world, it must appear that America is imploding from within - and our enemies, who are real and standing on the sidelines wondering how to deal with a military giant that seems out of control, are likely in hushed meetings and conferences asking themselves how 19% of the population have obviously taken control over what used to be the world's premier superpower which now is in disarray and chaos; our Congress is rubber-stamping whatever the Bush administration wants, and Democrats like Pelosi and Hoyer are giving in to a lame-duck that still has the ability to plunge the US into another war that could thrust the Middle-East into a "ball of fire"-. We know that the fear of war is real, especially when the United Nation's nuclear watchdog chief stated that attacking Iran could force him to resign:

"In my opinion, a military strike will be the worst "- it will turn the Middle East to a ball of fire,"- ElBaradei said on Al-Arabiya television. It also could prompt Iran to press even harder to seek a nuclear program, and force him to resign, he said. MUCH MORE

How have 19% of the right-wing haters of democracy and freedom managed to take over our airways and to push against the majority of America for another war that could easily escalate to World War III??? Why aren't Americans refusing to buy gas that is inflated by oil speculators and staging a general strike, now, while we still have the ability to stop the warmongers from destroying the rest of our economy and sentencing our children to a future that may entail the destruction of democracy and freedom is the United States? I support www.votestrike.com, but they propose to strike on September the 11th, and if you read the news the MSM won't reveal, it indicates that September the 11th may be too late to stop the carnage that Bush and Cheney are planning while our Congress refuses to honor their oath of office and impeach the traitors that are attempting to destroy the American way of life!

The leading Neo-conservative, Bill Kristol, is stating that Bush will attack Iran if it looks like Obama may win the Presidency. If a general strike is planned for 9-11-08, why do we believe the Bush administration will wait until then to begin their attack - especially when Obama is leading McCain in almost all of the polls?

President Bush is more likely to attack Iran if he thinks Senator Barack Obama may be elected, Weekly Standard editor Bill Kristol told FOX News Sunday morning.

Kristol added that if Senator John McCain was going to win the presidency, Bush would "think it more appropriate"- to let him deal with the issue.

That depends on how you view 911

I'm of the opinion that Bush and Co, allowed it to happen rather then planning it themselves. If they were indeed the ones that planned it, then I'd say we are about to experience another, far worse event designed to "nationalize" the country and justify their attack on Iran. In the period we’re in now, the Neo-cons are howling like crazy, which is exactly how it was prior to the original Reichstag Fire – and Bush and Co. seemed to have learned well from their German counterparts.

911 And The Complicity of Our Government

I viewed 911 as the White House being aware that it was coming, but rather than stopping it, they capitalized on the event and in fact used to to help create their "New Pearl Harbor" as spelled-out in the doctrine of PNAC. Evidence substantiates the claim that Cheney allowed the Pentagon to be hit, and to believe that it was a passenger airliner that hit the Pentagon insults anyone that viewed the initial carnage at the Pentagon. (Plus, the consensus of opinion by former fighter pilots indicates that it would have been virtually impossible for even a highly experienced pilot to fly a large passenger jet on that particular flight-path.) There has never been a time in my memory when a plane that large completely disintegrated, and the wings didn't impact the Pentagon itself, instead bored a hole that was closer to what a cruise missile would cause. Rumsfeld, rather than springing into action, was outside attending to the wounded, evidence to me that he knew the "attack" was over. As the Secretary of Defense, his job was to insure that America was safe, and taking the time to attend to the wounded speaks volumes as to what he must have known in regard the scope of the attack and its apparent end.

Further, if the nation was under attack, the Secret Service had a duty to whisk the President away from reading "My Pet Goat", but instead, he was allowed to finish reading, more evidence that they knew the President was in no immediate danger.

911 may have been the initial "Reichstag Fire", however the constant rhetoric by right-wing pundits, including Bill Kristol indicates to me that another "fire" is kindling, possibly worse than 911 itself. The rhetoric we are hearing now mirrors Germany prior to the original Reichstag Fire, and I believe we need to take note and understand that the haters of freedom aren't finished yet, and are again building-up to another event designed to "nationalize" the people - which in this case, will fail miserably. If something on that level should happen, the people are aware that we're being spoon-fed bits and pieces of propaganda that are attempting to desensitize us to accept another false-flag attack - and the events of today closely mirror Germany prior to the original Reichstag Fire which seems to be heading our way if we don't work together and thwart their plans.

We knew 911 was coming and there's simply too much evidence that supports that allegation. I have no solid evidence that implicates the President in planning 911, but there is a wealth of evidence that suggests they knew it was coming, and in fact, did everything in their power to allow it to happen.

This article was titled to educate the people that another event is brewing, and when you look back at history, the political climate in Germany closely mirrors that of our current situation, so I'm not changing the title, but working to sound the alarm that America is being set-up for another "fire" that will allow Bush and Cheney to avoid prosecution and have an excuse to attack Iran.

new 911

Greetings. agree that the governments stench is all over the 911 event. note that the hit section of the pentagon was empty of all but janitors. the Pentagon is noted for being Jam Packed with American military brass. are no empty rooms or spaces in it. Yet where the missile impacted, no one of any stature was there. no exposion either. Simply a little building damage and a small number of American civilians murdered. I think the 911 was the Reichstag fire, republican version. The Reichstag fire was staged to give the National Socialist political party, that Adolf Hitler was the head of, justification for declaring themselves "Permanent leaders" in this time of trouble. They even used a Oswald in the person of a retarded man as the one that did it and executed him. it gave Adolf Hitler the legal power to start World War 2. our 911 gave Bush the justification to invade Afghanistan for little reason and Iraq for no reason at all. The Size of the Obstacle is a Challenge to Hope

Here we are 7 very long years in. I agree with the observer that says the orginal "Reichstag Fire" false flag event was 9/11/01 and we are in danger of pushing Bush into the next one.

It is a strange kind of challenge to press for justice. The harder i press the more i have hope that the people will stand up and take hold of our country, yet the harder i press the closer i know Bush comes to taking his next major step.

If he lied about the election of 2000, and 9/11, and WMDs, then what is to keep him from taking his next step? If you pause to think about it too much it is almost paralyzing. But if we don't hope we can't act at all.

The isue of hope

Paralysis is a good word. I am stunned by the unfettered continuation of the Rule fo Bush. I keep saying that the louder we yell, the quieter it gets. Hope is nice , but I'm increasingly afraid to look at the news in the morning.

We are so deeply mired in lies, misinformation and deceit that it is suffocating. I agree: seven years in and counting. Nobody wants to believe it, but I think Iran and the entire middle east will be a smoking ruins soon.

Independence Day is right around the corner!

I'm working on another Op-Ed that defines what we "celebrate" on Independence Day, and IMO, this Independence Day should mean something more than what we usually celebrate. I hate to sound corny, but it's time to declare another Independence Day, and one that all of us can relate to.

Time is growing too short, the writing is on the wall, and what better day to stand-up for our constitution and remember the one day when we threw-off the yoke of oppression! It's time for us to start acting like Americans again, but I can't cover it in this comment, but will delve into it in detail and attempt to explain why this "Independence Day" could be our last if we don't understand the true meaning of the 4th of July.
