The attached links to IRS Publication #525 Taxable and Non-Taxable Income from the 2007 and 2012 tax years, include the following, on the following pages (you can click on the numbers next to the titles in the Index of the publications linked to on the attached urls above on p. 37 to read the descriptions):

What to do if you have "earned" income from:

Bribes p. 28
Illegal Activities p. 31
Kickbacks p. 32
Stolen Property p. 33

I wonder if these "laws" also have the $600 limit, under which there are no taxes due!

At least I'm not involved in any of these activities!

Ain't America Great?  The IRS provides for illegalities right in our tax code!  Uncle Sam has to get his fair share!

Finally, what does one write on Line 21 of one's 1040 Form or on one's "Self-Employment Activity" Schedule C or C-EZ as the source of this income?

"Bribes!"
"Illegal Activities!"
"Kickbacks!"
"Stolen Property!" (not returned in the same year you stole it to its original owner(s), of course!)
I showed this to chief financial officers in my community in 2007 when I first learned of these provisions, relatively unsuspectingly, and even they were stunned!  Who would believe me sight unseen?!  I could barely believe it myself!

God bless America, and especially, the IRS!

Some other juicy little tidbits about the way America has treated and still does treat its women and girls:

Ignore these at your peril!
