-- Setting up a State Bank like North Dakota, which would pay all of Florida's debts, finance mortgages at 2%/year over 15 years and pay 5% interest to depositors - something quite doable under conservative guidance using reasonable 9:1 fractional reserve loaning (see Ellen Brown's or my articles on this subject)
-- Set up Solar power throughout the state
-- Universal Health Insurance, including state wide clinics
-- converting to Electric cars wherever possible
-- Establish Green Jobs
