One man's security can be another man's thug

I get the feeling it's time for everyone to get his own security.

We need security from the security.

The only businesses that were safe during the Rodney King riots in L.A. were the Korean businessmen who had armed security on the roofs of their establishments.  They weren't touched.  I wonder why.

Blackwater terrorists

Yup!  Bush is currently raising his very own, tax payer paid, private army.  All set for him to declare some home-made "emergency" and turn them loose on our country.  They have another 16 months to practice murdering people, so get set for the final act of what used to be the finest country in the world.  Then we'll be visiting those detention pens now being constructed all over the U.S.A., now being paid for by we who will be instructed in the fine arts of torture under Bush the Dictator.  All we can hope is that one of the few countries we haven't attacked yet, will come to our aid.

JOE

Very comprehensive-Nice job!!
I predicted this in 2002. If you search writers archives here and my Blogspot, you will see letters exchanged between Tom Englehardt and I for TomDispatch in which I was concerned about Blackwater and he promised and followed threough on writing about them and Twin Canopy and KBR and others.
