27. Some have suggested that the recent reductions in mine safety regulations have contributed to the recent deaths of miners in two mine accidents. Others say that mining deaths have been decreasing steadily for years and that these accidents are unusual. Which do you believe recent reductions in regulations have lead to these mining deaths or mine deaths have been decreasing and these accidents are unusual.
