child for himself" ethic currently nurtured.

The current administration has put the concept of a "Consumer Financial Protection Agency" on the table. It may be too little, too

late for some, but it is an important shift in American social thought. It represents the "green shoots" of a new system emerging

that does not favor banks and bankers over ordinary citizens. It marks the beginning of a socially responsible democratic ethic

that we are indeed all in this together.


Ach du liebe...Because if we don't look out for each other, who will?
