Cart before horse

Impeachment is impossible considering the make up of the body that brings the charges and the body that prosecutes them. Unless and until both Houses are in Democratic hands, and they show the moral courage to weather the storms of accusations of partisanship and revenge motives that will surely ring from all the controlled media outlets, we will see no such thing.

I would hope, at best, that the House will fall to the Democrats, but only because they could then begin to investigate all that has been swept under the rug these last six years and counting. I would hope that, after a time has past, certain administration officials might be charged, tried and convicted of many things. I have this fantasy of Cheney and Rumsfeld sharing a jail cell.....ahhh dream on.
