Dear Christians and American Supporters of Founding Fathers: "Here is Why Bush and Cheney should Resign Now-and why Pelo

Americans need to ask:

(1)   Are we walking in the Light?

(2)   Is our government (including Pelosi, Bush, & Cheney) walking in the light?

The answer is “NO”  to both queries.

Further, (3) are the leaders of OUR executive branch and OUR congress ready to confess and repent to their errors?

Again, the answer appears to be a resounding “NO”.

Finally, (4) in the immediate future are Congress and Executive Branch leaders willing to once again walk in the light and turn from their ways?

Once again, the answer is a clear “NO” as 2008 prepares to dawn.

This is tragic.  This holiday all religious peoples and concerned Americans need to be hearing this hard Christmas Message.

For both followers of America’s secular FOUNDING FATHERS and followers of the Christian faith or other Ibrahimic faiths the direction in the coming weeks ought to be  to not only demand that the rule of (1) constitutional, (2) international and (3) other common laws be respected and enforced at the highest levels of government and abuse.

Moreover, as individuals of different faiths and beliefs, we must also recognize that CURRENT status quo is neither biblically sound nor sound TRADITIONAL American practice.

Protests must follow THIS yule tide message

If there is no changed of heart in Washington DC, a great occupation of regional representative- and national government offices should proceed over the coming holiday weeks.  This is so that come January 2008 Americans can (a)  hold their head up & (b) live out their faiths and ideals—without the continued current shame of American leadership and their irresponsible drift from God and the Founding Fathers.  This is why a sin offering is needed in this Holiday Season.

American hearts must demand repentance and the response to sins and crimes must be as harsh as any good father would give his unruly children who do not realize that what they are doing is hurting the parents badly.

This means Christian and American judges must do their duty and demand the arrest of criminals or suspected criminal at all government, especially those in the White House, the CIA, and the Capital currently supporting HIGH CRIMES AND DISMEANORS in the place of common sense and religiously fair & just practices.

THE AMERICAN NIGHTMARE MUST END THIS 2007

KEVIN STODA has been blessed to have either traveled in or worked in nearly 100 countries on five continents over the past two and a half decades.  He sees himself as a peace educator and have been   a promoter of good economic and social development--making him an enemy of my homelands humongous spending and its focus on using weapons to try and solve global issues.

"I am from Kansas so I also use the pseudonym 'Kansas' when I write and publish.  I keep two blogs--one with blogger and one with GNN.  My writings range from reviews to editorials or to travel observations.  I also make recommendations related to policy--having both a strong background in teaching foreign languages and degrees in teaching in history and the social sciences. As a midwesterner, I also write on religion and living out ones faith whether it be as a Christian, Muslim or Buddhist perspective."

Between jobs, passions are motorcycles, music, and green-tech
truthtruffleBetween jobs, passions are motorcycles, music, and green-tech

Waaaaay too long!

You're going to have to figure out how to distill it down to 500 words or

less for the main body of the text or break it up into chapters or something.

Here's my rationale for advocating impeachment:

1) The war was for oil. That's now been grudgingly substantiated

by at least one former general, and 'moneyman' Greenspan. It's also

borne out by the fact that Halliburton, Dick Cheney's former company,

and now major league defense entity, is in Iraq, raking it in, and probably

drilling oil wells. Prior to the war, the oil-for-food company was Elf.

We got fed A Story so they could get to the oilfields.

2) (relates directly to 1) No WMD's.  Again, we got fed a story so they

could get to the oil fields.

3) Runaway wiretapping. Though this is likely a process that's been

going on longer than most of us have been alive, under BushCo it's

come to the forefront. This relates to the 4th amendment, illegal search

and seizure, prohibited by the Constitution.

4) War Powers Act. At the end of Vietnam, it was determined necessary

to restore Congress' lawful authority to declare war. Iraq has lasted a

damn sight longer than the 90 days permitted, and I still haven't seen

an open declaration of war by Congress. Separation of powers, as

called for under the Constitution, was instituted to prevent abuse of

power.

If Bill Clinton can be impeached for lying about Lewinski, which I believe

to this day was nothing less than deliberate entrapment, then George

Bush and Dick Cheney can be impeached for waging an illegal and

unnecessary war. The question is, though, will Congress act, or

just kind of sit there like stupid? You could go on and on about

abuse of the military, blatant raiding of the budget, habeas corpus,

posse comitatus, and a long and detailed list of other things that've

happened, but the final detail in my answer to your piece is this:

Bush also gave an oath, laid his hand on the Bible, and the whole bit,

swore an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution. A sworn oath

is usually regarded as being a solemn and sincere act, and waging war

is also a solemn and sincere act,  but then if you page back to the whole

Vietnam thing again, well turns out neither George nor Dick thought

enough of that war to go be a part of it, although they're perfectly happy to

wage one when the old bottom line requires it.

Maybe Congress can't stop em, but they can act to prevent it

from ever happening again, time will tell if they can muster the

energy and gumption to throw these guys out...ball's in their court,

the Public has spoken I think, on this issue... I just think our beloved King

George should be asked for the keys, and shown the door. Go ahead,

keep the crown, you seem to like that sort of thing...

"Dear Christians and American Supporters......"

I comment on this article only because of the authors reference to Christians. Those that are really interested in their relationship with God have never and will never find God in Politics.

Because the author refers to the bible let me say that if more Christians read their bible instead of listening to politians they would not find themselves being mislead. To those that really care the bible clearly teaches that Satan is the God of this world and that he is misleading all of mankind. see 1John 5:19, Luke 4:6, rev 12:9, rev16:13-16, 2cor 4:3-4

The author quotes from the book of John, he should read John 15:17- 21 that says, "These things I command you, that ye love one another. If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you. If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also. But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me.

And John 17:15-17, "I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one. They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.

Jehovah God is not interested in the governments of the world no matter what your politicians and religious leaders say and true Christians that get involved in the world will be mislead to their destruction.

It is interesting that in the book of Daniel, a book that says much about God's Kingdom, at Daniel 2:44, that this kingdom in not going to reform the governments of the world but it says, "And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever. see also Dan 7:13-15

The biggest problem confronting Christians is that they are being misled, not only by the politicians who could care less about them but also by false religion that Satan uses to twist the word of God to get Christians involved in Politics. see Paul's words at Act 20:25-30

Christian need to follow the advice of Acts 17:11 where it says,

"Then the brethren immediately sent Paul and Silas away by night to Berea. When they arrived, they went into the synagogue of the Jews. These were more fair-minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scriptures daily to find out whether these things were so."

cutting it down

Cutting down versions are not the target. The audience is the target--a neglected breed----

As for me!!! The targe is to (1) get to and find vocal & active support in an audience underrepresented on the radar of media--even progressive media.  This is to lay the groundwork for preogressive fundamentalists, evangelicals, pentacostals, orthodox, and other christians and other neglected audiences (of subch faith but social bent).

This is who the target was, but (2) the part that your are referring to first is the charge.  this can be narrowed to less than a paragraph--HIGH CRIMES AND MISDEMEANORS.

(3) So,  could you consider passing  the parts of the piece to audiences in thisreligious vain--currently untarged by any leading presidential or congressional candidate?

(4)  UNLESS AMERICANS START SITTING IN CONGRESSIONAL OFFICES EN MASS or unless every preachor and teacher gets on thje podium as of today--JUSTICE WILL NOT REIGH N in 2008--and single digit support for president and congres will be reached.

We will accept the politicization of the Gospel

Don't even think about trying to shame Christians - or any other faith - into pulling this stunt. People will not stand for screamers trying to shame people into "repentance" simply on the basis of their voting records.
