Post Postscript
As with any large population, there is a diversity of intelligence, experience, education, wisdom and shrewdness in the U.S. Collectively; however, people here are unruly and gullible. They believe they live in a two-party democracy. Actually they live in a regressive republic with one political party that has two wings (Republicrat / Demopublican). Demockery is their actuality. Most monarchies and dynasties have been replaced by the upper realms of the focused and persistent "merchants," the super moneyed and the truly influential. Thus always.

The job of most politicians in the U.S., as every where else, is to be elected, and then reelected--so they can accumulate and wield power. They accomplish this by appealing to voters and contributors. The sheeple prefer mythology and drama to reality and history (whose official and folk versions are usually sanitized and un objective any way). By the time the populace realizes it is not an exception to the laws of nature, it will no longer be the star of the play.

The person (there is disagreement about authorship) who wrote the Western world's "secular bible" put these words in the mouth of an historical personage: "The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, but in ourselves, that we are underlings."

This is the Crusaders' true nature. We must not let the bad actors crush us as they walk into the scenery and fall off the stage. The disintegration of the pirate corporation Enron was our "Star in the West." A new drama is beginning.
